PSA: READ YOUR COMICS!

As many of you know, I’m not a huge fan of slabbing books. One of the main reasons is that you can’t open them, smell the history, and truly appreciate the amazing interior art. One publisher, in particular, made sure their interior work was just as good as their covers—quality is quality.

Today, we’re looking at a couple of issues from Quality Publishing and the Modern Comics series, featuring Blackhawk. These books don’t just have striking covers; But great art on the blackhawk stories & they also include Torchy stories inside!

Just take a look at these incredible splash pages:

Modern Comics #67 kicks off with a bang, following a cool cover with an equally dynamic opening SPLASH page.
And at the bottom, we have Modern Comics #66, featuring an amazing devil splash that’s too good to ignore!
